CPW Performing Fundamentals in the Cincinnati, OH area

June 10-11, 2023

This is the original training course that every other CPW workshop is built upon! This course sets you on a learning adventure–whether you are a veteran or new to the Christmas scene–to fully embrace the tools you have available to make the best of your Christmas character and creating a magical experience. Focus on the skills and techniques to become the best Santa, Mrs. Claus, or Elf that you can be. Study vocals, physical movement, scene development, and character development that will make the magic happen for you and for your audiences. You will come away from the workshop with exciting content that you can immediately begin using in your own Christmas season.

Schedule

  • Friday, June 9, 2023, 6-9 PM – Meet and Greet at the Hampton Inn
  • Saturday, June 10, 2023, 9 AM-5 PM – Day One (with lunch break)
    • Group dinner on Saturday – location TBA (not included in registration)
  • Sunday, June 11, 2023, 9 AM-5 PM – Day Two (with lunch break)

Tuition

  • Single Registration
    • $75 non-refundable deposit by April 30 to hold spot
      • $250 total (paid before May 27)
      • $275 total (paid after May 28)
  • Double Registration
    • $125 non-refundable deposit by April 30 to hold spot
      • $450 total (paid before May 27)
      • $500 total (paid after May 28)
  • Workshop registration will include lunch Saturday and Sunday and water during class.

Travel, lodging, additional meals, and extra activities are not included in the registration.

CPW Training Decks will be available for purchase at the workshop at a discount (and are not included in registration). Purchase of decks is optional.

The workshop will be held at the Boone County Historic Courthouse, 2988 Washington Street, Burlington, KY 41005, on the second floor. If you need handicapped accessibility, please call Pat Lense 859-380-7341 to arrange access.
