The first step to becoming a great performer is acknowledging that you have to continually invest in training yourself with practice and schooling. What makes an “A” List Christmas Performer? A lot of things: a great look, first-rate marketing, and professional business practices. But most importantly: the Product.

There are great Performers who are thoroughly entertaining and make the magic happen. Some truth: Not everyone wants to make that investment or do the work. They are happy with what they have and don’t spend a lot of time thinking about their performing chops. Their clients seem happy, and that’s good enough.
