Sample Short Contract

As mentioned at WWOCS Christmas Grande Spectacular, in June 2026, these are some SAMPLE CONTRACTS that you can use and edit and change for your own use.

Once you have the Word file, follow these notes.

• You HAVE TO edit this sample contract.
  • You need to use your own name, image, logo, address, email, etc.
  • Save as a “SAMPLE” file for yourself and then copy the file to make edits for each client.
  • You can leave the highlighted CLIENT sections in place to remind you to edit those for EACH client or event.
  • The amount charged is ridiculous on purpose ($999 for 30-minutes) because I was hoping that would make some of you laugh.
• I converted anything “Santa” or “Mrs. Claus” into “Artist” or “Artists” — you can think about how you would customize your own.
