CPW Performing Fundamentals in Boise, ID
June 12-14, 2026
This is the original training course that every other CPW workshop is built upon! This course sets you on a learning adventure—whether you are a veteran or new to the Christmas scene—to fully embrace the tools you have available to make the best of your Christmas character and creating a magical experience. Focus on the skills and techniques to become the best Santa, Mrs. Claus, or Elf that you can be. Study vocals, physical movement, scene development, and character development that will make the magic happen for you and for your audiences. You will come away from the workshop with exciting content that you can immediately begin using in your own Christmas season.
Schedule
- Friday, June 12 – Meet and Greet Kickoff (location TBA)
- Saturday, June 13, 2026, 9 AM-5 PM – Day One (with catered lunch), in the East Meeting Room
- After workshop, catered dinner in hotel followed by talent showcase and contest (with prizes)
- Sunday, June 14, 2026, 9 AM-5 PM – Day Two (with catered lunch), in the East Meeting Room
- Graduation ceremony and pictures start at 4 PM
Tuition
- $375 for an individual (non-ref deposit $200)
- $600 for a couple (non-ref-deposit $325)
- Remaining balance due by May 15, 2026
*Note, registration for the workshop does NOT include hotel reservations.
Travel, lodging, and extra activities are not included in the registration.
CPW Training Decks will be available for purchase at the workshop at a discount (and are not included in registration). Purchase of decks is optional.
