CPW Performing Fundamentals in St. Louis Park, MN
March 8-9, 2025
This is the original training course that every other CPW workshop is built upon! This course sets you on a learning adventure—whether you are a veteran or new to the Christmas scene—to fully embrace the tools you have available to make the best of your Christmas character and creating a magical experience. Focus on the skills and techniques to become the best Santa, Mrs. Claus, or Elf that you can be. Study vocals, physical movement, scene development, and character development that will make the magic happen for you and for your audiences. You will come away from the workshop with exciting content that you can immediately begin using in your own Christmas season.
- Two days of in-depth study of Performance Skills

- Friday, March 7, 2025 – Meet and Greet dinner offsite (location and time TBD)
- Saturday, March 8, 2025, 9 AM-5 PM – Day One (with lunch break)
- Saturday night Santa Blues Banquet
- Sunday, March 9, 2025, 9 AM-5 PM – Day Two (with lunch break)

CPW Training Decks will be available for purchase at the workshop at a discount (and are not included in registration). Purchase of decks is optional.

- Members can pay online through MN North Star Santas website or send check. (All checks must be made to “MN North Star Santas”)
- Non-members should contact Tracy Hansen for registration payment and additional information
- Step Two: Complete the Fundamentals Registration Survey to ensure you get your workshop graduation certificate.
